Estate Cottages #11 through #19 run down the northern side of the resort. They range from two-bedroom units that sleep up to five people to three-bedroom units that sleep up to nine people.

All of the Estate Cottages feature a full kitchen, a living room area with a flat screen TV, one bathroom and a private deck with a charcoal grill.
