Estate Cottages #1 through #10 are situated across the center of the resort. They range from two-bedroom units that sleep up to five people to three-bedroom units that sleep up to ten people.

All of the Estate Cottages feature a full kitchen, a living room area with a flat-screen TV, one bathroom and a private deck with a charcoal grill.
