NOTE: ALL UNITS HAVE A/C, COLOR TV, BASIC CABLE, FULL BATHS AND ARE SUPPLIED WITH LINENS, (NO BEACH TOWELS) AND BASIC COOKING UTENSILS. Our kitchens are equipped with a microwave, two slice toaster, coffee maker (please provide filters), dinnerware, basic silverware, cups and glassware, refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove. Please provide pots and pans any other kitchenware you may require.

·         There is a $10 per night charge for each extra person in all units (12 years and older), $5.00 nightly if under 12 years old. There is a cot charge of $10

per night. Pack- N- Plays arc available with a $50.00 refundable deposit.

• There is a cash deposit of $5 per room key and a cash deposit of $10 for each television remote. These deposits are refundable when items are returned to the front desk upon checkout.
• Boat/Waverunner docking rates - $45.00 per day or $175 per week. Bumpers are not provided. We do not have launching facilities. There are no refunds on dock slips.
• Suites, Cottages, Townhouses and Roundhouse are rented on a WEEKLY basis from Saturday to Saturday, in season. Maid service is not included.

Maid Service is available to weekly rentals - $25 per day for 1 bedrooms and $35 per day for all other units (does not include bed linen change). We use a leasing service for our linens. Should you require a change of bedding, we would pass on our cost to you. We do not lend out vacuums. Maid Services are performed between 9 am - 4 pm. All weekly rentals take care of their own housekeeping, including trash transfer to nearest receptacle. Lakeview Motel units are rented on a nightly basis, and receive daily maid service. They are equipped with an efficiency unit, so you can do a limited amount of cooking. There are no kitchens in the motel rooms.

RESERVATIONS: 1 Night Stays are pre-paid in full.

Reservations are tentative until 50% deposit per week/per unit is received. Deposits are credited for the entire length of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Motel unit deposits are cheerfully refunded when cancellation is received 10 days prior to arrival, less a 25% cancellation fee. There are no refunds if you cancel within 10 days of arrival.

Suite, Townhouse & Cottage deposits are cheerfully refunded when cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival, less a 25% cancellation fee. There are no refunds if you cancel within 60 days of arrival.

No refunds on early departures. Within 2 weeks and up to arrival, no personal checks are accepted. We accept personal checks for advance deposit only. There is a service charge of $20.00 for returned checks. We accept cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover, money orders and travelers cheques. Balance due is payable upon arrival.  

ARRIVAL TIME: All arrivals should be planned for after 3 P.M. This allows us enough time to thoroughly clean all units. 

DEPARTURE TIME: No later than 10 A.M. We must prepare for incoming guests

DIRECTIONS: NYS Thruway to Exit 24 (Albany Exit) Pay Toll - Take Route 1-87 to Exit 22. Follow signs to Rt. 9N. At light, turn left and proceed 3 miles to Depe Dene Resort, on the right. When coming from East or West, proceed to Rt. 1-87 and follow directions above.
