NOTE:
ALL UNITS HAVE A/C, COLOR TV, BASIC CABLE, FULL BATHS AND ARE SUPPLIED WITH LINENS AND 1 SET OF BATH TOWELS PER PERSON. (NO BEACH TOWELS) AND BASIC COOKING UTENSILS. We do not provide pots or pans. Our kitchens are equipped with a two slice toaster, coffee maker (please provide filters), dinnerware, basic silverware, cups and glassware, refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, no microwave. Please provide any other kitchenware you may require.

There is a $10 per night charge for each extra person in all units 12 years and older. $5.00 nightly if under 12 years old. There is a cot charge of $10 per night. Pack N Plays are available with a $50.00 refundable deposit.
There is a $5.00 deposit for each room key (refundable upon its return when checking out).
Boat, Waverunner or Jetski docking rates - $50 per day or $200 per week. Bumpers are not provided. We do not have launching facilities. No refunds on dock slips.
Remote Controls for televisions are available for most sets - a $10.00 deposit is required.
Suites, Cottages, Townhouses and Roundhouses are rented on a WEEKLY basis from Saturday to Saturday is season. Maid service is not included.
Maid Service is available to weekly rentals - $20/day for 1 bedrms and $25/day all other units (does not include bed linen change), as we use a leasing service for our linens, should you require a change of bedding, we would pass on our cost to you.
We do not lend out vacuums.
Maid Service done between 9 am - 4 pm.
All weekly rentals take care of their own housekeeping including trash transfer to nearest receptacle.
Lakeview Motel units are rented on a nightly basis and receive daily maid service. They are equipped with an efficiency unit, so you can do a limited amount of cooking. There are no kitchens in the motel rooms.

NO PETS PLEASE. NO FIREWORKS PLEASE.

RESERVATIONS: 1 night stays are pre-paid in full.
Reservations are tentative until 50% deposit per week is received. Deposits are credited for the entire length of your stay. MOTEL UNIT deposits are cheerfully refunded when cancellation is received 10 DAYS PRIOR to arrival less a 25% cancellation fee. SUITE, TOWNHOUSE AND COTTAGE UNIT deposits are also cheerfully refunded when cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival less a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds on early departures. Upon arrival, no personal checks are accepted. We accept personal checks for advance deposit only. No personal checks accepted within 2 weeks of arrival. There is a service charge of $15.00 for returned checks. We accept cash, Master Card, Visa, money orders and travelers cheques. Balance due is payable upon arrival.

ARRIVAL TIME:
All arrivals should be planned for after 3 PM. This allows us enough time to thoroughly clean all units.

DEPARTURE TIME:
No later than 10:00 AM. We must prepare for incoming guests.

DIRECTIONS:
NYS Thruway to Exit 24(Albany Exit) Pay Toll - Take I-87
From Route I-87 North or South, exit Northway (Rt. I-87) at Exit 22. Follow Signs to Rt. 9N. At light, turn left and proceed 3 miles to Depe Dene Resort, on the right. When coming from East or West, proceed to Rt. I-87 and follow directions above.
